These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and the company operating the jetago platform. By using jetago's website, mobile version, or any other service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform. jetago reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

"User" or "Member"
Any person who has created a registered account on jetago and is using the platform's services.
"Services"

"Bonus"

Account Registration and Eligibility
Registration Requirements
To open an account on jetago, you must meet the following conditions:

- You are not a resident of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.

Identity Verification (KYC)
jetago reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identity document may be requested before a withdrawal or for security purposes. If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately. jetago will not be liable for any loss caused by a third party.
Only one account is permitted per device or household. Operating multiple accounts from the same device may result in bonus cancellation or account closure.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
Deposit
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the jetago platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
- Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
- Depositing via a third-party payment account is prohibited.
- Deposit amounts are generally credited to your account instantly.
Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing time is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Funds cannot be released until bonus wagering requirements have been completed.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be held until identity verification is complete.
- jetago reserves the right to hold a withdrawal in the case of suspicious activity until verification is complete.
Important: jetago reserves the right to permanently cancel any transaction and notify the relevant authorities if money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳22,000 adds the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds cannot be cashed out until the wagering requirement is met.
- The wagering contribution may vary across different games.
- If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
VIP Cashback Program
jetago's VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Bonus Abuse
If misuse of bonus benefits or fraudulent activity is detected, jetago reserves the right to cancel any bonus and suspend the account. Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
General Gaming Terms
All games on the jetago platform operate using the highest standard Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely fair and impartial. Game results cannot be manipulated in any way.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using any software, bot, or automated program.
- Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software.
- Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
- Any form of fraud or unethical conduct.
- Harassing other members or using offensive language.
Technical Errors

Provider Rules

Self-Exclusion

Account Suspension and Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact the support team. Any eligible balance can be withdrawn before closure.
Closure by jetago
jetago may suspend or close your account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Registration with false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Misuse of bonus benefits.
- Instructions from authorities or legal obligations.
In cases of serious violations, an account may be closed without prior notice, and if evidence of unlawful activity is found, the balance may be forfeited.
